“I highly recommend Lolli’s online Pilates and movement classes. She gives excellent cues for different levels of experience and I always feel worked-out and strong afterwards. Best part: I can do these classes with my mom who lives in a different place since they’re online! I often recommend these classes to my friends because I love them so much. 5 stars!”

“Lolli is kind, goofy, and very knowledgeable about anatomy and safe ways to build strength and flexibility. She knows how to work with all body types, and is never shaming about size, disability or injuries. She’s also an excellent 1-on-1 coach! Working with Lolli has changed my relationship to exercise classes because I always get a great workout & have fun at the same time.”

“The most fun, down to earth, and sensible teacher I've ever had. She understands body mechanics, and guides students around healing and protecting their injuries. Her classes always help me strike the balance between pushing myself hard enough but not too hard. Lolli is hilarious and no matter how stressed, tired, or cranky I am when the class starts, she always manages to put a smile on my face.”

“Casual yet informed workouts. Love that I never feel like I'm competing, but I always feel the burn. Love that it's a safe space - not like you have to move "perfectly" or are not “fit” enough. Love Lolli's energy and personality. Fun and uplifting. Contactless yet somehow social. Great cues - I’m never floundering or wondering what to do next. I learn new information about my body, and always leave feeling better than when I arrived.”

"I take Lolli's toughest class each week. She kicks my butt AND cracks me up, so I always leave feeling like I did my body and soul heaps of good. I would never have imagined, pre-pandemic, that virtual classes could be so effective. She fits so much into a single class, and sneaks in cool anatomy information. We're not just working out. We're learning. And laughing! The convenience of being at home? Gold."

She has taught me so much, and helped me to improve back and hip problems, relieve chronic pain, and build strength. Her charisma, care, and knowledge combine to make her an exceptionally effective teacher. She's very supportive and enthusiastic, and I'm so happy to have her in my life.”

“Lolli's energy is infectious. I always leave class with a feeling of joy & satisfaction. She’s eager to teach new things, or new progressions, but respects any of our limitations or preferences.

One of Lolli’s gifts is making meaningful connections.

I always feel taken care of.”

“Lolli combines a vast knowledge around body mechanics and function with a fun and whimsical teaching style. Planks are many but she tricks you into thinking they’re few. She can use a phrase like, 'lift it up, buttercup' in a lesson about the SI joint. My balance, strength and flexibility are much improved thanks to Lolli and her fun (but challenging) online classes.”

— Terra P

“I love working with Lolli. She's professional, but also manages to be fun, energetic & kind. Makes it easy to keep showing up! Classes have a very positive vibe and a great mix of ages & abilities. I'm impressed with Lolli's skill in giving specific cues for specific issues without disrupting the flow of the group practice. Her extensive expertise & clear teaching have made a remarkable difference to my flexibility, strength, mobility, and body awareness. It's so rewarding to feel this improvement.”

“First and foremost, exercising with Lolli is fun. If something isn't fun, I'm not likely to keep at it, so her joyful encouragement, warmth and playfulness are a gift that just keeps giving and bringing me back on track. I trust and respect her knowledge, and her skill at adapting exercises. I have never in my life been as fit as I am now. I attribute this in large part to my work with Lolli, and her thoughtful, caring approach.

With all my heart, thank you Lolli!”

“I have been enjoying Lolli’s classes for over 13 years. They began as in-person classes and then the pandemic hit. I was a bit hesitant as to how effective online classes would be but Lolli did not disappoint. I learn something new each class. Her skills were a very important part of my recovery from back pain (I was off work for 6 months) and now my maintenance. I’ve entrusted Lolli to work with my 90 year old mother too! Lolli is a professional, enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructor. Not one class is exactly the same and this variety is why I continue to come back.”

“I came to Lolli’s care suffering from back pain.

She taught me simple exercises - later built upon as my strength increased, allowing me to fall back on different versions depending on my ability.

I've never had a teacher like Lolli. She is compassionate and joyful. Her careful explanations really help me. Not only has my mobility increased significantly, my mental health has also vastly improved from working with someone who is has empathy for the impacts of chronic pain.”

— Andrea J

“There is such an intelligence to Lolli's online classes. She's always reflecting about functional movement, or expanding on the exercises, and keeps things fresh. Her knowledge, and how effectively she communicates it, is a real physical education.

Working across the whole body, she offers lots of options covering a range of difficulty, understanding that your stamina can fluctuate from week to week, and that we’re all different from each other. No matter what, you're still able to fully participate and not feel judged. She encourages you to test yourself, but always with a mind towards listening to your body and staying safe. With her occasional instructional singing and rhyming countdowns, it's way too much fun to miss.”

“Over 20 years of back pain, I've tried numerous physios, physicians, and RMTs with only minor benefit.

The work I have done with Lolli has provided me the most significant results.

Our weekly sessions, since 2015, have been very
helpful for my overall well-being. My chief issue is Ankylosing Spondylitis. Lolli provides a flexible, enjoyable, and very client-orientated approach. She probes, and tailors.

The transition from in-person to virtual sessions has been great. Her communication is clear, and she's taken the time to understand my environment, adjusting my exercises to work within the room.”

“I started virtual private sessions with Lolli and eventually was ready for virtual group classes. Her classes kept me fit during the pandemic!

Lolli has an incredible fund of knowledge of anatomy and physiology, as well as different types of exercise. She’s capable of adapting exercises to suit any issue. She taught me all kinds of pain self-management techniques and exercises to stay pain-free! Her spunk and variety always make sessions fun and interesting. She's very easygoing and non-judgemental, so you work to the best of your ability and never feel inadequate.

I would highly recommend Lolli to anyone who’s had challenges with exercise in the past, who has any pain issues or who is just interested in getting stronger and more flexible without getting injured.”

“I take group classes, workshops, private & semi-private sessions with Lolli - all help keep me healthy, strong, and sane. Plus, I've had lots of fun along the way.

Her experience, knowledge, and continuous learning make her a thoughtful and informed teacher. She can synthesize and apply materials from various schools of thought. The fun & energy keep me motivated. She makes me want to try new things without pushing or shaming. She explains why & how succinctly, to add depth to the workout while keeping up the pace.

I’ve been working with Lolli for many years, for rehabilitation, exercise and to enhance other activities. Doing virtual sessions avoids extra travel time and expense. I highly recommend working with Lolli. It isn’t just Pilates, it’s Pilates+!”

— Judith K

“I highly recommend Lolli! I started seeing her initially out of concern for my posture (way too much time in front of a computer), strength and flexibility. I had a personal trainer for a while to deal with these issues but Lolli has been more helpful.

I've seen her weekly since 2016 and expect to keep going as long as she will see me! When Lolli decided to pivot to virtual instruction my wife and I started semi private sessions using a small space in our home. Doing it together is almost like a date!

Lolli tailors our sessions specific to our needs, and it’s wonderful to have a familiar professional to occasionally ask for advice. Taking courses and workshops to stay current and learn about other types of movement education is part of Lolli’s passion for her career and her clients. She has made fitness fun and interesting, and I have seen my posture and flexibility, as well overall strength, improve.”

“I’ve been exercising with Lolli for close to ten years now, and I can confidently say she is an exceptional instructor. Her humour and kindness are second to none—she meets you exactly where you’re at, adapting movement and instructions as needed, yet always manages to challenge in unexpected ways!

Lolli’s approach goes beyond Pilates -- her rehabilitative exercise is a perfect complement to my physiotherapy and has been instrumental in helping me navigate recovery from two surgeries. Through her guidance, I’ve built strength, resilience, and a deeper understanding of how to move well in my daily life.

Whether it’s a 1:1 session, a class, or a workshop, I always enjoy exercising with Lolli. Her ability to create a supportive and engaging environment makes online movement just as effective as in-person training. I’ve recommended Move with Lolli to many friends and will never hesitate to sing her praises.”

“I first met Lolli about 15 years ago, when I was referred to her in her capacity as a rehab Pilates specialist by my sports medicine doctor. She helped me enormously. When Covid hit, I was no longer able to see her in person. I was thrilled to find her online, was able to resume working with her then and have been a regular client ever since. After a few sessions, I convinced my husband to join me and we now work together with Lolli twice weekly, focused on building our strength, flexibility, mobility and balance.

What we are particularly impressed with is Lolli’s extensive knowledge of physiology and physical function, and her willingness to build and continually adapt our routine to fit our current needs. I was concerned when we started working online that Lolli wouldn’t be able to properly assess whether we were doing the exercises correctly, but she has an amazing ability to pick up on even the smallest adjustments to ensure that our exercises are safe and effective. And, she is a LOT of fun to work with! I wholeheartedly recommend her!”

“I've been training with Lolli religiously since 2018. I came to her as a young mother with a recent spinal injury, and also suffering from early advanced osteoporosis. Lolli was invested, compassionate, and motivated to help me. In addition to helping me strengthen, she taught me how to protect my spine in a variety of practical, everyday situations.

Lolli takes a thoughtful approach, recognizing unique limitations and abilities. Her classes are not only physically rewarding but she also walks you through the technique and form. Lolli offers modifications, and can advise on the fly if an exercise is contraindicated for some issues. I can’t recommend her enough if you have osteoporosis, spinal issues, are recovering from an injury, or just want a really great workout without injuring yourself in the process! Lolli offers a range of classes, which is nice - so as you grow stronger, there's room to advance to a different level.

Best of all, Lolli is hilarious, warm and friendly – what more could you ask for?!”

“I'm so happy my Physiotherapist recommended Lolli! She has really helped me from head to toe - literally. She helps me translate diagnoses from my other care providers into exercises I can do by myself, and always aims to apply their goals to everyday functional movement. Our sessions are lessons that last for days afterwards.

She is always willing to help address what's going on with me on a given day. And I can throw a lot at her! Besides doing exercises to address my neck, shoulders, spine, core, hips, and feet, she manages to help me understand why. It's really body and mind - we don't just go through the motions. She's even taken the time to look at my various x-rays. We pull them up when it's relevant. She's helped me see that my scoliosis is not catastrophic.

I also enjoy several of Lolli's group classes. They're fun and inclusive. She offers lots of modifications, and really keeps things moving. We get so much done, even in 30 minute classes.

In addition to all the good exercise, and rich anatomical insights to reflect upon, she is a pleasure to invest time with. She's warm, and gets me smiling no matter what mood I might start out in.”
