Pssst… There are always 2 classes going on at once: the one I’m teaching, and the one you’re taking. No matter what my instructions are, I encourage you to trust your own thoughts and feelings.

You may be happy to be nudged beyond your own expectations on some days, but you don't need a teacher who makes you feel inadequate - because you're NOT.
