I’m Lolli, and it is my DELIGHT to guide you through movement.
LOTS of different movement!
curated through the lens of my
Franklin Method training,
plus 18 years experience teaching
Pilates, therapeutic movement +
rehabilitative exercise.
This background means I can offer
modifications for different injuries, issues, and levels of ability.
It also impacts my exercise selections, sequencing, and delivery - all calculated and deliberate.
I am not fixed to one method.
I learn, harvest, filter, and share.
You can expect a warm and joyful attitude from me, and I shall expect nothing from you except that you be exactly who you are.
There are always 2 classes going on at once: the one I’m teaching, and the one you’re taking. No matter what my instructions are, I encourage you to trust your own thoughts and feelings.
You may be happy to be nudged beyond your own expectations on some days, but you don't need a teacher who makes you feel inadequate - because you're NOT.

All classes are live, and happen over zoom.
They start on time. (Eastern time.)
Join as early as 5 minutes in advance. If you’re late, don’t be shy to hop in as soon as you can.
