I’m Lolli, and it is my DELIGHT to guide you through movement. LOTS of different movement!
I am not fixed to one form of exercise.
I learn, harvest, filter, and share.
My classes & workshops are curated through the lens of my Franklin Method® training, plus 17 years experience teaching movement, Pilates, and rehabilitative exercise.
This background means I can offer modifications for different injuries, issues, and levels of ability. It also impacts my exercise selections, sequencing, and delivery - all calculated and deliberate.
You can expect a warm and playful attitude from me, and I shall expect nothing from you except that you be exactly who you are.
There are always 2 classes going on at once: the one I’m teaching, and the one you’re taking. No matter what my instructions are, I encourage you to trust your own thoughts and feelings.
You may be happy to be nudged beyond your own expectations on some days, but you don't need a teacher who makes you feel inadequate - because you're NOT.

All classes are live, and happen over zoom.
They start on time. (Eastern time.)
